After enrollment

We have an extended support program for those who are successful with finding a daycare.

1. Language support for your communication with daycare

→You can send us photo shots of letters or comments in communication notebook from daycare. We summarize it and explain your required action.

2. Shopping daycare goods

→We select, following daycare’s rule, suitable cloths, hats, shoes, bags, event items or other necessary goods at daycare.

3. Others

→Finding pediatricians, dentists or other medical specialists who can speak English

→Finding kids lessons such as piano, ballet, football, rugby, Kumon, math, Japanese and so on.

Besides above, we will flexibly assist you in response to your request. Please feel free to tell us what is needed.

For Non-Japanese whose child goes to Japanese daycare, kindergarten, elementary school, junior high school, high school

English translation support for the notebook exchanged between mom and the teacher, monthly letters from daycare/school
English translation support for the emergency map, actions in emergency at daycare/school
Consultation about any preparation for daycare/school enrollment ceremony, filed trips, stage play, celebration ceremony etc.

Communication support between teachers and moms about complaints, questions, letter replies etc.
